TM2250 - TM4080 This line of shredders has been designed to effectively reduce the dimensions of plastic and rubber materials, even of a significant size. The end size of the shredded materials depends on the screens installed in outfeed which may vary to meet individual Customer requirements. The shredder is made up of a top-loading hopper (where the material to be shredded is fed into the machine). This is connected to a cutting unit which includes an hydraulic pusher and a series of rotary and fixed blades which effectively reduce the size of the infeed material. The outfeed shredded material falls to the discharge area where it is possible to install a mechanical belt conveyor (OPTIONAL) or an auger (OPTIONAL) to take the shredded material away.
All operations are carried out from the control console and movement is provided by an electrical motor.
